Consignment Store

We will be hosting our annual Consignment Store on Saturday September 7, 2019.

How it Works

The consignment store is open from 9 a.m. until 12:10 p.m. Items may have as many as three different prices: one for each hour the store is open.

Wave 1: 9 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Wave 2: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Wave 3: 11:10 a.m. – 12:10 p.m.

The store accepts cash, credit card, or check.
Unsold games & pick up will begin at 1p.m. after the store closes.

How to Sell:

You must complete the Seller Registration From, which should auto populate the Item Forms. After you fill out the forms you will need to hit the Submit button within the form. The Adobe form will attempt to email the forms to us using your email client on your pc. If you do not have one setup, you can select your web client of choice to use. (i.e. Gmail, yahoo, etc).

There will be two forms to complete in advance:  The Item Form and Seller Registration Form. Both forms are stored in the same PDF:

Forms must be submitted in advance by Thurs 9/5 11:59p.m. EDT.  

– Your Seller Number will be your badge Number within tabletop.events

BGF will preprint your Item Forms submitted to us, but you are welcome to print them yourself and attach to the games. We will have extra painters tape on-site to aid with attaching to the games, as this will tape will not damage the games.

You must bring your consignment store items to TAFT on 9/6 Friday evening between 9p and 11p.

2019 Fees

  • Seller number: $1
  • Sold items: 10% of sale price
  • Unsold items: $0.25 processing fee

To sell/partake in the consignment store you must have a either a Full Week or Saturday Only BGF Badge.

Saturday Only Badges will be allowed on-site Friday to drop off games for sale.
